I’m Shanleigh Thomson, a fermentation educator, brewer, and industry consultant with more than a decade of experience across brewing, ingredients, product development, and beverage innovation. I teach brewing science, work alongside growers and suppliers, and spend much of my time translating research into content that people actually enjoy reading and watching.
